Although the temperature of the heat source is high, we can successfully control the workpiece temperature at a low. The result is virtually no work-piece distortion. Initially developed for aerospace and defense industries, MTQ Engineering Pte Ltd is successfully harnessing the newest technologies in thermal spraying to improve components performance in marine, oilfield, manufacturing, textile and paper industries. Our facilities include a computer-controlled plasma ceramic; a HVOF spraying system that produces very dense, extremely well bonded coating that is almost free from oxides and porosity; a six-axis robot and a 2-axis work-piece manipulator for coating consistency.
