QC Inspector (Mechanical & NDE)
Holds the responsibility to assemble and dismantle equipment and/or components
Responsibilities:
- Review of Material Test Certificates to meet the standard and specification requirements.
- Incoming, In-process (Visual and Dimensional) as per Standard and Client Requirements and Drawings.
- Perform Non-Destructive Examination (LPI, MPI etc.) and Hardness Testing.
- Ensure final traceability transfer and monogramming on equipments.
- Review Hydro-testing Charts.
- Perform Surface Preparation and Painting inspections.
- Review of all the relevant reports and records before final release for dispatch.
- Preparation of relevant Inspection reports and records.
- Provide Inspection results and Photographs to QC Admins for Preparation of Data Books.
- Preparation and Compilation of Data Books by assistance of QC Admins.
- Reporting Non-conformances during Inspections.
- Update the log of monogrammed equipments.
- Manage the Tool Room and ensure that the equipment is good working condition.
- Practice Daily House Keeping at workplace.
- Perform any other task as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.
Requirements:
- Mechanical Diploma Holder or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Experience
- Level II MT, PT, RT, UT
