Manages resourcing, development of manpower, and assists the HR Dept
Primary Function
Assembling and dismantling of equipment and / or components
Responsibilities:
- Receives daily work instruction from the supervisor
- Reads work specifications as stated in process Control Travellers
- Withdraws materials / tools from store
- Use of grinding tools, hammer, bolt and other working tools
- Operates overhead cranes or other lifting tools to transport and set up work piece
- Segregates and stores work piece after dismantling process according to sizes, descriptive for future identification / assemble
- Cleans parts or components using degreaser or jet wash
- Assembles components or equipment after machining or welding
- Works in the presence of customer representatives for the purpose of testing or inspection
- Maintains daily housekeeping at workplace
- Maintains working tools and equipment in good condition
- Follows safe work practices in all aspect of work (include the use of PPE)
- Performs any other related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in mechanical or its equivalent
