Welding Inspector
Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving all welding quality and productivity issues through active engagement with the customers and production supervisors.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report critical issues during the welding process.
- Ensure the welding procedure covers the actual welding work.
- Ensure the right welding procedures are available and proceed according to request.
- Ensure that the welding work is carried out according to agreed specification.
- Report all non-conformities during welding.
Requirements:
- AWS / CSWIP 3.1 certified welding inspector or as deemed sufficient by Management.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas industry with NDE experience.
- Able to read manufacturing drawings and specification.
