About Us - Internship @ MTQ
Ever wondered what working life is like in the Oilfield Engineering Industry? MTQ offers internship programmes in our Singapore office which provides undergraduates with a first-hand feel of working in the company and an insight into the challenges of an exciting career in the Oil & Gas industry.
We hope these experiences will give you more reasons to consider joining MTQ after graduation.
Eligibility
Junior College/ITE/ Polytechnic/ University students from the Mechanical & Marine Engineering/ Finance & Accounting/ Human Resource faculties.
What You can Expect
You will be attached to different departments, depending on the discipline of your studies and will go through a series of activities during your internship period including:
- On-the-job experience
- Job rotation on the Shop Floor
- Mini projects
- Hands-on training
- Dialogue sessions with Senior Management

This year we were privileged to have both Victoria Junior College and Singapore Polytechnic invite us to participate in their annual internship programme. We had five interns in their second-year posted to our various departments.
