Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support to the Production department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute work order documentation before work commencement.
- Perform data entry of time sheets daily.
- Prepare and generate production report.
- Manage and maintain all work folders in the system.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the production personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec or equivalent.
- Proficient in using MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
- Experience in Microsoft Project and knowledge in SAP/Visual is an added advantage.
